This 3,500-square-foot new construction home was transformed by M2 Design Lab to reflect the client’s personal style and bring warmth and sophistication to the previously characterless space. The main floor’s partially open layout was defined through rich materials and custom elements, including upholstered seating in deep blues, a basalt stone fireplace, a marble coffee table, and contrasting polished metals and matte black finishes. A handcrafted kitchen table with a metal base and a custom banquette created a cozy breakfast nook, while the dining room’s deep greens, medium greys, and bold black-and-white artwork added drama and separation. The front sitting room was reimagined as a striking home office with saturated teal walls, dynamic black-and-white wallpaper, satin brass accents, and sleek contemporary furnishings.
