This 4,000-square-foot greystone in Chicago’s Logan Square was completely transformed by M2 Design Lab and Alco Construction from a two-flat into a bold, personality-filled single-family home. The design balances cohesion with individuality, using a foundation of white oak floors, black accents, and natural stone. A rich palette of green, teal, pink, and blue, along with layered textures and patterns, defines each space with intention and flair. Custom furnishings that include a curved sofa, dining table, breakfast nook, and area rugs were created to enhance both form and function, while hand-painted drapery and statement lighting bring a luxurious, bespoke ambiance throughout.
