This 2,000-square-foot condominium was fully renovated by M2 Design Lab to blend the elegance of 1920s architecture with modern comforts and contemporary style. Embracing the original layout, each room was individually defined and enhanced with new hardwood floors, windows, doors, trim, electrical, and plumbing. M2 Design Lab managed the project from start to finish, incorporating custom designed furnishings including a dining table, coffee table, entryway credenza, and bespoke area rugs, which elevate the design. Rich colors, bold patterns, curated art, and luxurious materials such as wallpaper and saturated paint tones infused the home with a sophisticated, one-of-a-kind character.
