This 2,600-square-foot duplex-down condo underwent a full renovation of its main living space to better suit the needs of its homeowners. M2 Design Lab reimagined the open-concept layout with thoughtful space planning and a contemporary, natural palette. The redesigned kitchen features a large island and ample cabinetry for enhanced functionality, while deep greens, warm woods, and luxurious stone bring depth and elegance. A marble dining table paired with plush chenille chairs creates a “chef’s table” feel beside the open kitchen. Brushed brass and matte black accents add contrast, and white oak flooring ties the entire space together with warmth and cohesion.
